A friend of mine sent this over this morning and it is a video of John Maxwell speaking to a church. If you are not familiar with John he is an internationally known speaker on business leadership and principles to live by. He began his career as a pastor and still spends much of his time working with churches around the globe. This specific message is more rooted in biblical verse than in Business verse but the message certainly translates to both sides. I really enjoyed the reminder that our problems can often be our greatest opportunities if we only choose to see them that way!
